All replacement parts sold by Big Wheel Parts are warranted to be free of defects, in material and workmanship when used under normal service and conditions.
Big Wheel Parts warranty policy extends to 12 months or 2,400 hours whichever occurs first, from the date of first installation.
Big Wheel Parts will cover replacement parts or refund the selling cost of defective parts.
Big Wheel Parts must be prior notified by buyer before filing a warranty claim and/or any repair work is performed.
All warranty claims must be in writing and Big Wheel Parts reserves the right to examine every single engine or part subject to a claim under this warranty.
Big Wheel Parts is not responsible for any failure resulting from Owner or Operator abuse, neglect, alteration of its original specifications, exposure to weather conditions or damage by accident.
Big Wheel Parts is not responsible for improper repair or installation and/or parts that have been altered.
Big Wheel Parts does not warranty parts provided at no-charge basis.
Big Wheel Parts is not responsible for unrelated or unauthorized repairs made at time of warranty repair, “down time” expenses, business cost or losses from a warrantable failure. This warranty is provided solely to direct customers of Big Wheel Parts and do not imply to any other party. It is the only agreement or obligation of Big Wheel Parts.
Big Wheel Parts shall not be held liable for consequential damages resulting from a breach of warranty.
This is the sole warranty of parts manufactured and sold by Big Wheel Parts and expressly in lieu of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular application.
