Q What should I do if my items are damaged upon arrival?

A Please inspect all the merchandise upon arrival and any damaged shipments must be reported immediately to the carrier driver with written statement.


Q How do I inform you regarding my defective items?

A For the defective goods, please email us with details and we will assign the RMA for return approval.


Q Under what condition you will accept as a valid return?

A We will accept any reasonable returns but items must be on never used, clean condition and in original packaging.


Q Is there any charge for my return items?

A 15% restocking fee will be applied and buyer pays for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Q How long will it take to get a refund?

A Credit will be issued after the return item is received and passes inspection.
